Restoration of a popular heritage hotel on the National Highway 47. The project involved a structural re-planning of buildings. An earlier intervention had blocked off the view from the rooms by planning toilets in front. These were placed on the sides to open up the whole building to the back garden. A 1500sft kitchen was designed from scratch to accommodate the increasing number of guests.
The hotel features solar lighting for common areas, waste separation and an electrocoagulation based sewage treatment plant.
